Beginner Tips for Facebook Marketing

Posted on March 16, 2020

Are you new to Facebook marketing? If so, then here are a few basic tips that will help you get going. One of the most important things about Facebook marketing is knowing how to place your ads and links.

How can I get my link to show up on your blog posts? You have two options. The first is by creating a blog post and having your link in the author box or by placing your link directly into the post.

The second option is more cost effective as you don’t have to pay Facebook to run your advertisement on their website. You can also create a Facebook page where you can then add links to your blog posts.

What is the best way to place your ads? What I recommend is to use the Facebook advertising tools. I found this was the best way to get my posts out there. The other good news is you can now place an ad in the next to last slot at the top of a blog post.

Did you know you can post your Facebook campaign right onto your blog? To do this, you can go to Facebook and click on the “blog” tab. Click on “create a blog” and follow the directions. Once done, you will see your blog posts appear right beside the top ads in your Facebook marketing campaign.

How can I use the links in the posts? The first thing you should do is place your ads directly at the top of the post. This will attract readers to your blog and give them an opportunity to read your information before reading the blog post.

This is one of the best ways to help your readers when they visit your site and you want them to continue to return to your website to look through various subjects that interest them. The more you continue to give them what they need to read your pages, the more likely they are to stay on your site for a while.

What about the link in the blog posts? You can place your link in the author box. When someone uses your blog, they will automatically see your link in the blog post itself.

That means if they want to return to your site and click on a link, they can and the link will appear right beside it. Again, this gives you a chance to capture more readers and make them come back to your site.

What about the other ads on your page? There are plenty of other ads that you can use to benefit your blog and drive readers to your blog.

I recommend getting in all of these advertising spots because you never know what can happen in the future. For example, you might have a guest post that someone wants to write on your blog.

With social media, you have a higher chance of having that guest post appear on your page. Now that you know how to get started with Facebook marketing, you are on your way to reaching the top of Google and creating success for your business.
