The moment before sleeping at night and after waking up in the morning are the two most important moments, in fact, the most powerful time in which we can use the full potential power of your brain very efficiently.
Many peoples might say any other time like evening or any other time but the fact is that the time before going to the bed and waking up are the two most important times from which one can bring changes in their life.
The rest of the times in the 24 hours are not much effective, the main reason is that in the rest of the time of our day we stay busy in school, colleges or offices and due to which the potential energy of our brain decreases.
We most of the time use to take decisions at this moment only when we stay busy right! and just forgot after some time! and it does happen many a time.
Whatever we think in the morning time after waking up from our bed the whole day depends on that thought it might be negative, or it might be positive, it depends.
If we think something negative then it creates negative energy around us and due to which our entire day goes on as like that similar if we think something positive it will create positive energy and the whole day goes on with all the positive energies around us.
Thus our whole day depends on what we think at the beginning of the day. Its all about how we can control our minds. If you are able to control your mind then you can achieve anything in your life.
Suppose if someone comes suddenly and points his gun on our face we become very much alert right! Did you ever think that in our school why always we want to become the topper, while playing games why always we want to be the winner and win the game, why always we wait and want for a hike, appraisal or promotions in office?
The answer to all these questions is only one and that’s all because to get happiness.
We get happiness from all these things and we all know what is happiness but technically, the moment of happiness inside us comes from high activity energy.
Our life is like a graph which goes up and down. When it is in up we are at a higher state of activity situation and when it is lower then we are at lower activity stage. To get that happiness we must remain in a higher activity stage. The higher activity comes when we stay alert at all the time. Like as I said when someone comes suddenly and points his gun on our face we become very much alert. This similar kind of alertness is required in our life to stay in high active mode to achieve happiness and other things that we need in our life.
When you stay alert your subconscious mind stays in the present time and increases the higher activity graph even more, due to which such kind of situation is created in our life which becomes very much helpful to achieve the one that we need. It’s because of the fact of law of attraction, as we are actually attracting those things in our life. I have also written a lot of words on laws of attraction you can check it once.
How to Stay Alert !
Now I will discuss about how to stay alert all the time so that you can use 100% of your mind power.
Every morning when you wake up, feel the aliveness that you are still alive, yet you have got another 86400 sec in your account. I am telling the time cause in today’s date time is the most precious factor in life.
If can convert this time into money you can do anything as you want. When you regularly think and compare this 86400 sec with money then our subconscious mind will also start thinking as like that which is one of the most important points to achieve something in life which we want.
Actually, the fact is that first of all we have to train our subconscious mind to do what we want from our life. And once this concept goes to our subconscious mind and it gets understand completely then it will utilize all the seconds of time of our life very consciously and efficiently which we need to be successful in life.
What you actually from want from your life, this thing has also to be sent along with the timing fact to the subconscious mind. This process of sending information to the subconscious mind and make it do the task can be done in a very simple way.
When you wake up in the morning, after waking up from your bed you have to just visualize your goals once, and just make a plan how to reach there, think about your goal, and also the time in seconds as well.
